  • Bar Attendants
    • 2-3 Hour Shifts (6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)  Need six people
  • Instant Bingo Ticket Sellers
    • 1-½ Hour Shifts (6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) Need six people
  • Raffle Ticket Sellers for 50/50 and Chinese Raffles
    • 1-½ Hour Shifts (6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) Need four people
  • Sideboard Sellers
    • 1-½ Hour Shifts (6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
  • Front Table - Collect tickets, welcome guests, hand out booklets
    • 1 Hour (6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.) Need two people
  • Horse Sale Table - Sell any horses still available for sale
    • 1 Hour (6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.) Need one person
  • Set Up (evening before to set up tables and decorate)
    • Any time is appreciated. 
  • Marketing - Gather ads, door prizes and selling tickets.
    • Beginning in November through event.  Any time is appreciated.

Spirit Day

  • Serve hot dogs, chips, fruit and drinks to students and teachers
    • 5 Hours
  • Shopping for items prior to event
    • 3 Hours
