I moved to North Ridgeville as a child, where I graduated from North Ridgeville High School. I then attended Baldwin Wallace College and earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Upon graduation, I accepted a job at St John Nepomucene in Cleveland where I taught 4th grade, 3rd grade, and Kindergarten for 5 years. The last eleven years, I taught at the Academy of St. Bartholomew, teaching 3rd grade, 6th grade and 5th-8th grade Science.
I am happily married to my husband, Ron. We have two daughters, who we previously put through St. Peter School. Both went on to attend Elyria Catholic High School. We could not have been happier with the experience that our daughters had at St. Pete's. I feel blessed to be able to pay that experience forward to the future generation of St. Peter School Saints. I love spending time with my family and friends, and waiting for the Cleveland Indians to win a series. (Please, in my lifetime!) My husband, daughters, and I have a dog named Bear, and a cat named Coco.
I grew up in Toledo, Ohio and attended the University of Toledo receiving my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Pre-K - grade 3) in 2003 and my Masters in Educational Technology in 2006. In 2003, I began my teaching career at St. Joseph Catholic School in Maumee, Ohio and taught there for 5 years. Then my husband and I moved to North Ridgeville in 2008 and joined St. Peter Parish.
For the last 11 years, I taught at Mary Queen of Peace in Cleveland. We have 2 daughters who also attend St. Peter's School. I am very excited to be both a part of the school and parish!
