WHAT IS...

...Book Fair?
Usually held in the Fall.  Provides opportunity to purchase new books for children of all ages.

...Christmas Craft Bazaar?
Our annual juried bazaar is usually held the first weekend in December.   The committee does mailings in Spring and early Summer.

...Chuck E. Cheese Night?
Usually held from 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday evening in October.  Families are encouraged to visit Chuck E. Cheese for dinner.  Fifteen percent of the profits will be donated back to the school.

...Giant Eagle?
Registration of Giant Eagle cards online allows for free merchandise to be given to the school.  This committee also collects Box Tops throughout the school year.

...Education Fee Raffle?
By joining PTU, attending monthly meetings and volunteering at PTU-sponsored events, you will be entered into a drawing to for a refund of your child's $130 Education Fee.

...Easter Candy Sale?
In preparation for the Easter holiday, families are asked to sell Malley's candy products.  A portion of the profits will be given back to the school.

...Fall Fundraiser?
Families are asked to sell a variety of gifts, decorations and food products to prepare for the Christmas holiday.  A portion of the profits is donated back to the school.

...Little Angel's Resale?
Usually held in the late Winter or early Spring.  Tables are sold to both PTU members and Non-PTU members to sell their children's new or gently used clothing and toys.

...Market Day?
This food co-op takes place monthly with deliveries on designated dates and times.  Each classroom receives a portion of the profits from a particular month's sales.

...Mom's Expo?
An annual Mother's day out usually held in May.  Tables are sold to representatives from several organizations for Mom's to browse, shop and just have some fun!

...Mother's Day Plant Sale?
Held the Friday before Mother's Day.  The children are able to purchase inexpensive plants as gifts.

...Night at the Races?
A fun-filled night of horse racing (on screen), refreshments, dancing and friends.  Usually held on a Saturday evening in March or April.

...Party in the Park?
Usually held the second Saturday in September, this event takes place in South Central Park in collaboration with North Ridgeville City Schools PTA organizations.  Children can come for games, crafts, food & fun!

...Reconciliation Reception?
After First Reconciliation, the third grade parents host a punch and cookies reception for second-graders of both the day and PSR schools.

...Room Parent Tea?
A gathering of parents who are willing to help plan the children's classroom parties throughout the year.  The Tea is held in September and teachers offer their suggestions for the parties.

...School Sportswear Sale?
Parents are able to purchase St. Peter School t-shirts, sweatshirts and gym bags throughout the year.  Sponsored by the PTU Vice Presidents.

...Staff Luncheons?
Twice each year, the PTU sponsors a luncheon for the staff.  These are coordinated by our Room Parent Committee in January and the Sunshine Committee in May.

...8th Grade & Kindergarten Graduations?
The parents of first grade students are responsible for planning a reception following the Kindergarten transition ceremony.  The parents of seventh grade students plan a reception following 8th grade graduation.

...Spirit Day?
Parents are invited to help with games and activities for the school children. The PTU prepares and serves lunch for both staff and students.

...Spirit Sunday?
After the 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Masses, class lists are posted, selected supplies are available for purchase and sign-ups available for PTU-sponsored events.  A free continental breakfast is served.
